The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for account of each Lender a commitment fee, which shall accrue at the Applicable Commitment Fee Rate on the unused amount of the Dollar Commitment and Multicurrency Commitment of such Lender, as applicable, on each day during the period from and including the Original Restatement Effective Date to the earlier of the date the Commitments terminate and the Revolver Termination Date.
