  • The subscription term for a Cloud Service comes into effect as of the Order Form Effective Date, unless otherwise set forth in the Order Form, and runs until the last day of the subscription term for the relevant Cloud Service that Partner originally committed itself to as set out in the Order Form (“ Initial Term”).
