Original Financial Model definition

Original Financial Model means the financial computer model, including the Financial Model Formulas and the related output, used to produce the financial forecasts in the Best Value Proposal, which includes certain projections and calculations with respect to revenues, expenses, the repayment of Project Debt and Distributions to initial Equity Members that result in achievement of the Original Equity IRR. The Original Financial Model will be updated on or before Financial Close.
Original Financial Model means the financial model for the Generator that was agreed to by the Parties as at the date hereof, that was used to calculate the initial Contract Price and that was based on an after tax, nominal, unlevered project return to the Generator equal to the Rate of Return as at the date hereof and which is incorporated herein pursuant to the provisions of Exhibit 1.1(c) to the Technical Schedule.
Original Financial Model means the financial model in the Agreed Form prepared on behalf of the Sponsors of the Concessionaire, as it stands at the date of the Concession Agreement;

Examples of Original Financial Model in a sentence

  • With the Department’s prior consent, to reflect any outcomes of the model audit process of the Original Financial Model being conducted by the Lenders, provided, however, that in no event shall the outcomes of such model audit result in an increase in the MAP or other payments that may be due to Developer under the Agreement.

  • For these calculations, the Proposer is to solve the Original Financial Model to achieve the highest Original Equity IRR while the MAP is maintained and the debt covenants established in the Funding Agreements are not violated.


More Definitions of Original Financial Model

Original Financial Model means Cash Flow Projections provided to the banks for the first time on 2 March 2011.
Original Financial Model means the Financial Model provided by Borrower to Lender in connection with the initial Advance pursuant to Section 4.01(j) hereof, as described on Exhibit E

Related to Original Financial Model

  • Base Case Financial Model means the base case financial model agreed by the Parties in writing as accurately representing the terms and conditions of the financing for the Project on a limited recourse or project finance basis and furnished by the Feed-in Approval Holder to the Distribution Licensee on or before the date of the Financial Closing Date for the Initial Financing Documents;

  • Financial Model means the financial model adopted by Senior Lenders, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project and revenues therefrom on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Senior Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;

  • Original Financial Statements means the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2012.

  • Additional Financial Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Annual Financial Statement is defined in Section 10.1(a).

  • Banking Day Financial Centre means the Banking Day Financial Centre as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
