Original Confirmation Order definition

Original Confirmation Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on January 3, 2003, confirming this Amended Modified Plan, which order is superseded by the Confirmation Order.
Original Confirmation Order means the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order Approving the DebtorsDisclosure Statement for, and Confirming, the Debtors’ Modified Joint Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code [Docket No. 251] confirming the Original Plan and and approving the Disclosure Statement.
