Option Interests definition

Option Interests means that certain property or interest in entities which own certain real property.

• Except as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall not, without the express written consent of the Optionee, during the Option Period, (i) sell or otherwise dispose of any or all of the Option Interests, or (ii) convert such Option Interests into cash, capital stock or other securities.
