Operating Projects definition

Operating Projects means the Projects listed on Schedule 1.01(f).
Operating Projects means each of the landfill gas to energy projects operated by Borrower, including the projects listed on attached Schedule 1.3.
Operating Projects shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

More Definitions of Operating Projects

Operating Projects has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Operating Projects means the Salvador Projects.
Operating Projects means each of the Projects which has been placed in service prior to January 1, 1998 and for which final certificates of occupancy and Internal Revenue Service Form 8609's have been issued with respect to all buildings in the Project requiring such certificate or form, such Projects being identified as "Operating Projects" in Section 4(d)-1 of the attached Disclosure Schedule.
