O&M Component definition

O&M Component including its manner of determination, is set forth in Section 3.1(c).
O&M Component. The meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 1.
O&M Component means the O&M Component described in Section 5.2 (Determination of Base Contract Price).

  • Increases and decreases in the Fuel Component incurred by Company pursuant to this Agreement may be included in Company’s Energy Cost Adjustment Clause during the Term of the Agreement; and If approved by the PUC, the costs incurred as a result of the Capacity Charge and the Variable O&M Component may be included in the Purchased Power Adjustment Clause to the extent such costs are not included in base rates.

More Definitions of O&M Component

O&M Component means the O&M Component described in Section 5.2 (Determination of Base Contract Price) or the alternative O&M Component contemplated in Section 1.1(b) (Term).
O&M Component means the component of the steam price which takes into account the fixed and variable costs to Multitrade of operations and maintenance for the System, as calculated in accordance with Exhibits 5.2 and 5.3 and subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5.3(b) of this Agreement.
O&M Component means that portion of Additional Tolls, --------------- Alternative Additional Tolls, Contingent Tolls or Alternative Contingent Tolls which is intended to represent anticipated Operations and Maintenance Costs .
