O&M Bond definition

O&M Bond has the meaning given in clause 25.6(g). O&M Manuals means each of the operation and maintenance manuals to be prepared and updated by Project Co as described in the Project Plans and O&M Manuals Section. O&M Non-Conformance means, during the O&M Phase and in connection with the O&M Activities, a failure by Project Co to comply with its obligations under the State Project Documents, other than to the extent such failure is permitted or excused pursuant to a State Project Document. O&M Phase means the period commencing on the Date of West Gate Tunnel Completion and ending on the Expiry Date. O&M Phase Insurances means the Insurances referred to in Part B of the Insurance Schedule. O&M Site means:
O&M Bond means the bond granted by [***] in favour of BDDG dated 27 November 2017 to cover certain obligations under the O&M Agreement for a total amount of USD [***] and such bond that will replace it once the Purchaser has taken over the operation and maintenance activities of the Plant;
O&M Bond means the bond referred to in clause 5.1(d) or any bond accepted in substitution or replacement of that bond.

The term does not include a debt obligation that, on conversion, would result in the holder becoming a stockholder or shareholder in the entity, or any affiliate or subsidiary of the entity, that issued the debt obligation, or is an unsecured debt obligation.   • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Municipal bond means a bond or evidence of indebtedness issued by a municipality or other political subdivision of a state.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Reference Bond Rate means, with respect to any date of redemption, the rate per annum equal to the annual or semi-annual yield (as the case may be) to maturity or interpolated yield to maturity (on the relevant day count basis) of the Reference Bond, assuming a price for the Reference Bond (expressed as a percentage of its nominal amount) equal to the Reference Bond Price for such date of redemption;

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Surety Bonds means surety bonds obtained by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary consistent with market practice and the indemnification or reimbursement obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary in connection therewith.

  • Related Bond means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the bond specified as such in the applicable Final Terms. If the Related Bond specified in the applicable Final Terms is "Fallback Bond", then, for any Related Bond determination, the Calculation Agent shall use the Fallback Bond. If no bond is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the Related Bond and "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, there will be no Related Bond. If a bond is specified as the Related Bond in the applicable Final Terms and that bond redeems or matures before the End Date (i) unless "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Calculation Agent shall use the Fallback Bond for any Related Bond determination and (ii) if "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, there will be no Related Bond.

  • government guaranteed bond means a bond of the Government of Canada or a bond unconditionally guaranteed as to principal and interest by the Government of Canada that is:

  • Fidelity Bond A fidelity bond to be maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.12.

  • Zero Coupon Bond Any debt security that by its terms (a) does not bear interest for all or part of the remaining period that it is outstanding, (b) provides for periodic payments of interest in Cash less frequently than semi-annually or (c) pays interest only at its stated maturity.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.
