Reference Bond Dealer definition
Reference Bond Dealer means each of five banks which are primary government securities dealers or market makers in pricing corporate bond issuances, as selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;
Reference Bond Dealer means any primary bond dealer selected by the Issuer.
Reference Bond Dealer means three firms that are brokers of, and/or market makers in German government bonds (each a “Primary Bond Dealer”) which the Company specifies from time to time; provided, however, that if any of them ceases to be a Primary Bond Dealer, the Company shall substitute another Primary Bond Dealer.

Reference Bond Dealer means (A) each of Barclays Bank PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities plc (or their respective affiliates that are Primary Bond Dealers), and their respective successors and (B) any other broker of, and/or market maker in, German government bonds (a “Primary Bond Dealer”) selected by us.
Reference Bond Dealer means each of four banks (selected by the Issuer), or their affiliates which are primary government securities dealers or market makers in pricing corporate bond issuances denominated in the Specified Currency;
Reference Bond Dealer means each of Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International, Mizuho International plc, MUFG Securities EMEA plc and The Toronto-Dominion Bank and their respective successors or a Primary Bond Dealer selected by any of them, and their respective successors; provided however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a broker or dealer of, and/or market maker in, German government bonds (a “Primary Bond Dealer”), the Company will substitute therefor another nationally recognized investment banking firm that is a Primary Bond Dealer.

Reference Bond Dealer means (A) each of Barclays Bank PLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and HSBC Bank plc (or their respective affiliates that are Primary Bond Dealers), and their respective successors and (B) any other broker of, and/or market maker in, United Kingdom government bonds (a “Primary Bond Dealer”) selected by the Company.
