Letter of Appointment means the written communication by SAICA to the Contractor recording the acceptance by SAICA of Contractor’s bid subject to the further terms and conditions to be itemized in the contract;
Power of appointment means a power that enables a powerholder acting in a nonfiduciary capacity to designate a recipient of an ownership interest in or another power of appointment over the appointive property. The term does not include a power of attorney.
General power of appointment means a power of appointment exercisable in favor of the powerholder, the powerholder's estate, a creditor of the powerholder, or a creditor of the powerholder's estate.
Provisional appointment means the employment of a person to a vacant position for no more than a six-month period for emergency or in interim conditions. The General Manager may extend a provisional appointment for up to an additional six-month period.
Restricted Appointment means (a) any Appointment for which the applicable Authorizations have not been obtained, and (b) any Appointment for which the maturity date of the applicable Corporate Trust Contract is on or before June 30, 2022.
Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations means the Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations between the City, the Registrar and DTC.
Official map means a map drawn by municipal authorities and recorded in
Letter of Representations means any applicable agreement among the Corporation, the Depositary and a Global Receipt Depository with respect to such Global Receipt Depository’s rights and obligations with respect to any Global Registered Receipts, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time and any successor agreement thereto.
Probationary appointment means an appointment which is without continuing appointment status and which is neither a soft money nor non-renewable fixed length appointment. Probationary appointees may be removed subject to the provisions of this Article; Article 7,
Official Image means an electronic image of an Eligible Bill, either created in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or that otherwise complies with the requirements to permit negotiation and clearing of that Eligible Bill in accordance with the by-laws, standards, and Rules of the Canadian Payments Association.
Initial appointment means appointment made otherwise than by promotion or transfer;

Official stamp means a physical image affixed to or embossed on a tangible record or an electronic image attached to or logically associated with an electronic record.
Official Receiver means the Official Assignee appointed under the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20) and includes the deputy of any such Official Assignee and any person appointed as Assistant Official Assignee;
Account Bank Agreement means the account bank agreement dated 15 August 2018 between the Issuer, the Trustee and The Bank of New York Mellon, London branch as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, novated, varied, supplemented, substituted, assigned, extended or otherwise replaced or redesignated from time to time;
Authorised Signatory means, in relation to any Obligor, any person who is duly authorised and in respect of whom the Administrative Agent has received a certificate signed by a director or another Authorised Signatory of such Obligor setting out the name and signature of such person and confirming such person’s authority to act.
Excluded Appointments means those Appointments designated from time to time as "Excluded Appointments" by agreement of the parties.
Bank Agreement means any credit agreement, liquidity agreement, standby bond purchase agreement, reimbursement agreement, direct purchase agreement, bond purchase agreement, or other agreement or instrument (or any amendment, supplement or other modification thereof) under which, directly or indirectly, any Person or Persons undertake(s) to make or provide funds to make payment of, or to purchase or provide credit enhancement for, bonds or notes or commercial paper of the City or the Authority secured by or payable from Net System Revenues.
Succeeded Appointment means any Appointment for which a Succession Time has occurred.
Counterpart Agreement means a Counterpart Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit H delivered by a Credit Party pursuant to Section 5.10.
Official record means the record prepared and maintained by the department for each offender and juvenile received into the physical care and custody of the department. The record shall include, but is not limited to, written, printed, or electronic materials, documents, or data pertaining to services, programs, and all other official actions performed on behalf of that offender or juvenile. These records are identified by the same offender or juvenile name as received on the commitment order, assigned a department number as an identifier, and compiled and maintained as part of an
Official Records means the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder for San Diego County, California.
Request for Release A release signed by a Servicing Officer, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
Official certificate means any form of certification, either written or print- ed (including that prescribed in § 58.18) used under the regulations in this sub- part to certify with respect to the in- spection of dairy processing plants and the inspection, class, grade, quality, size, quantity, or condition of products (including the compliance of products and packaging material with applica- ble specifications).
Final Official Statement means the deemed final Official Statement, dated , 2023, which constitutes the final official statement delivered in connection with the Bonds, which is available from the MSRB.
