Official Image definition

Official Image means an electronic image of an Eligible Bill, either created in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or that otherwise complies with the requirements to permit negotiation and clearing of that Eligible Bill in accordance with the by-laws, standards, or Rules of the Canadian Payments Association.

  • Each time you transmit a deposit using the Mobile Remote Deposit Services you represent and warrant to us that: (i) you are transmitting an Eligible Item; (ii) the Official Image accurately represents all pertinent information on front and back of the Eligible Item at the time of transmission; (iii) you have not already deposited or cashed the Eligible Item; and (iv) you will not re-deposit or re-present the original Eligible Item.

  • This includes any notice that we provide to you confirming that we have received an Official Image from you after you use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services.


More Definitions of Official Image

Official Image means an electronic image of an Eligible Item that you create by taking a picture of the front and back of the Eligible Item with an Electronic Device.
Official Image means an electronic image of an Eligible Xxxx, either created in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or that otherwise complies with the requirements to permit negotiation and clearing of that Eligible Xxxx in accordance with the by-laws, standards or Rules of the Canadian Payments Association; “Password” refers to the personal password selected by the client for the client's use, which, when used with the Equipment, permits access to the Services. If the Equipment or Service is accessible with a Biometric Identifier, then any reference to Password includes such Biometric Identifier;
Official Image means the approved image issued for use throughout the Federal government.

"PAC" "PAD" means the personal access code or word used with Direct Services to access an Account. means a Preauthorized Debit. "Participating Financial Institution" means a financial institution participating in Interac e-Transfer Services, Online Payment Services, or Western Union Services, as the case may be.

Official Image means an electronic image of an Eligible Xxxx, either created in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or that otherwise complies with the requirements to permit negotiation and clearing of that Eligible Xxxx in accordance with the by-laws, standards, or Rules of the Canadian Payments Association. “Online Payment Service” means the online payment service provided by Acxsys Corporation (doing business as INTERAC Online) that facilitates the sending and receiving of money through Direct Services and Acxsys Corporation to Participating Financial Institutions for the purchase of goods and services from Participating Merchants. “Overdraft Rate” means the per annum rate of interest, regardless of compounding frequency, designated by the Financial Institution as its “Overdraft Rate” from time to time. “PAC” means the personal access code or word used with Direct Services to access an Account. “PAD” means a Preauthorized Debit. “Participating Financial Institution” means a financial institution participating in EMT Services and/or Online Payment Services, as the case may be. “Participating Merchant” means a merchant that offers the Online Payment Service as an online payment option on the merchant’s website. “PIN” means the personal identification number used with the Debit Card to access the Account. “PIW” means the personal identification word used in connection with Remote Instructions. “Point-of-Sale Transaction” means the use of the Debit Card and the PIN as may be permitted from time to time by the Financial Institution for: a) the transfer of funds from the Account to purchase or lease goods or services from a merchant (the “Merchant”), b) the transfer of funds from the Account to obtain a voucher, chit, scrip, token, or other thing that may be exchanged for goods, services, or money, or c) the transfer of funds into the Account from an account of a Merchant (e.g. a refund). “Preauthorized Debit” means a Transaction debiting the Account that is processed electronically by a financial institution in accordance with the Depositor’s written request. “Remote Deposit Service” means the remote deposit capture service provided by the Financial Institution and Central 1, and accessed through Direct Services, that ACCOUNT AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CONTINUED)
