Officer Level Employee definition

Officer Level Employee means any Executive Officer and any Employee who is an “officer level” Employee for compensation purposes as shown on the records of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Officer Level Employee means a Participant who is an officer level Employee for compensation purposes as indicated on the records of AT&T.
Officer Level Employee means a Participant who is an officer level Employee for compensation purposes as indicated on the records of AT&T. References to records of AT&T shall include the records of its Subsidiaries.

  • Each Officer Level Employee or a Senior Manager who elects to make Employee Contributions under Section 4.1 of this Plan shall be subject to the agreements and conditions of this section.

  • Non-Officer Employee means any person who serves or has served as an employee or agent of the Corporation, but who is not or was not a Director or Officer;

  • Hired Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.6.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips. Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips. Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips. Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.

  • Service employee, as used in this clause, means any person (other than a person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity as defined in 29 CFR 541) engaged in performing a District contract not exempted under 41 U.S.C. §356, the principal purpose of which is to furnish services in the United States, as defined in section 22.1001 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. It includes all such persons regardless of the actual or alleged contractual relationship between them and a contractor.

  • Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Ongoing employee means an employee who has been employed for at least one complete standard measurement period.
