Office of the deputy director means the Deputy Director, Division of Community Corrections, Department of Corrections, or his designee.
Office of the Corporation means the executive office of the Corporation, anything in Section 131 of the General Corporation Law to the contrary notwithstanding.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Regional Director means the Regional Director of the Southwestern Region of the Ministry;
Department Director means the director of the department of human rights.
shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by him in a professional capacity; and
Community corrections officer means an employee of the
College board means the state board for community and
Assistant Director means the Asstt. Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
College President means the chief executive officer of the college appointed by the board of trustees.
Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
Chairman-cum-Managing Director means Chairman-cum-Managing Director of any of the Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited, presently Central Coalfields Limited, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Western Coalfields Limited, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Northern Coalfields Limited and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.
Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee shall be at the address of the Trustee specified in Section 12.02 hereof or such other address as to which the Trustee may give notice to the Company.
Deputy Secretary means the person holding, acting in, or performing the duties of Deputy Secretary of Higher Education and Skills in the Department.
