Offered Asset definition

Offered Asset has the meaning given such term in Section 2.2.
Offered Asset has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.3.
Offered Asset means the Loan that was offered for sale pursuant to an Offering issued through the Sale Advisor.

  • As soon as practicable after the Offer is made, the Acquiring Party will deliver to the Offeree all information prepared by or on behalf of or in the possession of such Acquiring Party relating to the Offered Asset and reasonably requested by the Offeree.

  • If the Offered Asset is not sold in such time frame or otherwise as aforesaid, then any plan by the Company to sell such Offered Asset shall again be subject to this Section 3(b).

  • If at any time the Company plans to sell any interest it owns in Distressed Debt (the “Offered Asset”), the Company shall first give XX Xxxxx written notice of the terms and conditions, including the price and any other material terms and conditions on which the Company is willing to sell the Offered Asset.
