The Loan Parties shall not amend, supplement or modify, or permit the amendment, the supplementing or modification of, any provision of the Borrower Sale Advisor Engagement Letter or the Borrower Financial Advisor Engagement Letter, in each case, in any manner that is adverse in any material respect to the interest of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders without the consent of the Administrative Agent.
The appointment of the Accelerated Sale Advisor shall be subject to the mutual agreement of ▇▇▇▇▇ and QHDG.
