ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS. In addition to Tenant, the following individuals (if any) may occupy the Premises (“Additional Occupants”): Additional Occupant Name Age Relationship N/A N/A N/A 1.13 PETS Unless otherwise provided under federal, state, or local law, no animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, and insects) are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere on the Premises unless so authorized in writing. ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS. Pursuant to the Lease Agreement, only the individuals approved by the University with a current additional occupant addendum may reside in the apartment with the lease holder.
ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS. No person, other than those listed in this agreement, may occupy the rental unit. A person not listed in this agreement who resides in the rental unit for a period in excess of two weeks in any calendar year will be considered to be occupying the rental unit contrary to this Agreement and without the right or permission of the landlord. This person will be considered a trespasser. A tenant anticipating an additional person in the rental unit must promptly apply in writing for permission from the landlord for such person to become an approved occupant. Failure to apply and obtain the necessary approval of the landlord in writing is a breach of a material term of this Agreement. The landlord may at his option give notice to the tenant to immediately correct the breach. The landlord has the right to end the tenancy, if the tenant fails to correct the breach within a reasonable time after having been given written notice by the landlord.
ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS. 9.1. The Tenant is required to get the Landlord’s written permission (which the Landlord will not unreasonably withhold) before allowing any Additional Occupants to move into the Apartment.

ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS. Only those persons listed in clauses 1 or 2 above may occupy the rental unit or Residential Property. A person not listed in 1 or 2 above who, without the Landlord’s prior written consent, resides in the rental unit or on the Residential Property in excess of fourteen cumulative days in a calendar year will be considered to be occupying the rental unit or Residential Property contrary to this Agreement. If the tenant anticipates an additional occupant, the tenant must apply in writing for approval from the Landlord for such person to become an authorized occupant. Failure to obtain the Landlord’s written approval is a breach of a material term of this Agreement, giving the Landlord the right to end the tenancy on proper notice.
ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Lease, Tenant may, upon written notice to Landlord, permit up to a total of ten percent (10%) of the Premises to be occupied by (a) licensees and vendors providing “out-sourced” services to Tenant’s business operation in the Premises, and (b) persons performing services pursuant to a joint venture or other business alliance with Tenant (each, a “Permitted Occupant” and collectively, the “Permitted Occupants”); provided, however, (i) such Permitted Occupant shall not occupy a separately demised portion of the Premises which contains an entrance to such portion of the Premises other than the primary entrance to the Premises; (ii) all Permitted Occupants shall be of a character and reputation consistent with the first-class quality of the Building and the Project; and (iii) such occupancy shall not be a subterfuge by Tenant to avoid its obligations under this Lease, or the restrictions on Transfers pursuant to Article 14 of this Lease. Tenant shall, within ten (10) days following the entry into the premises of any Permitted Occupant, supply Landlord with the name of any such Permitted Occupant. Any occupancy of the Premises by a Permitted Occupant shall not be deemed a Transfer of this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no such occupancy shall relieve Tenant from any obligations or liability under this Lease.
ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS. Guest(s) staying over 15 days without the written consent of LESSOR shall be considered a breach of this agreement. ONLY the following individuals and/or animals, AND NO OTHERS shall occupy the subject residence for more than 15 days unless the written consent of LESSOR is obtained in advance.
