Notification to Subsequent Employer. When the Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, the Executive agrees to notify any subsequent employer of the restrictive covenants sections contained in this Agreement. The Executive will also deliver a copy of such notice to the Company before the Executive commences employment with any subsequent employer. In addition, the Executive authorizes the Company to provide a copy of the restrictive covenants sections of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to, the Executive’s subsequent, anticipated, or possible future employer.
Notification to Subsequent Employer. Seller agrees that, during the Restricted Period, any Covered Party may notify any Person employing or otherwise retaining the services of Seller or evidencing an intention of employing or retaining the services of Seller the existence and provisions of this Agreement.

In addition, Executive authorizes the Company Group to provide a copy of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to Executive’s subsequent, anticipated, or possible future employers.

If, following termination of Executive’s employment with EPS, Executive accepts other employment or enters into a business relationship with any business or entity that competes with EPS, Executive expressly authorizes and consents to EPS informing such competing business of the terms of Section 7 of this Agreement by written notice.
Notification to Subsequent Employer. Executive agrees to notify any subsequent employer of the covenants and terms contained in this Section 4 of this Agreement and any related definitions. In addition, Executive authorizes Carmike to provide a copy of this Section 4 of this Agreement and any related definitions to third parties, including but not limited to, the Executive’s subsequent, anticipated or possible future employers.
Notification to Subsequent Employer. When the Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, and during the 18-month period during which the restrictions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 apply, the Executive agrees to notify any subsequent employer of the restrictive covenants section contained in this Agreement. In addition, the Executive authorizes the Company, during the 18-month period during which the restrictions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 apply, to provide a copy of the restrictive covenants section of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to the Executive’s subsequent, anticipated or possible future employer.
Notification to Subsequent Employer. Owner agrees that, during the Restricted Period, any Covered Party may notify any Person employing or otherwise retaining the services of Owner or evidencing an intention of employing or retaining the services of Owner the existence and provisions of this Agreement.

In addition, Team Member authorizes the Company Group to provide a copy of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to Team Member’s subsequent, anticipated, or possible future employers.

The Employee will also deliver a copy of such notice to the Company before the Employee commences employment with any subsequent employer. In addition, the Employee authorizes the Company to provide a copy of the restrictive covenants sections of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to, the Employee’s subsequent, anticipated, or possible future employer.
Notification to Subsequent Employer. Consultant agrees to notify any subsequent employer of the existence and terms of the provisions set forth in Sections 2 through 6 of this Agreement. In addition, Consultant authorizes the Company to provide a copy of such provisions to third parties, including but not limited to Consultant's subsequent, anticipated or possible future employers.
