Notification to Other Parties. I hereby grant consent to notification by the Company to any other parties besides the Company with whom I maintain a consulting or employment relationship, including parties with whom such relationship commences after the effective date of this Agreement, about my rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification to Other Parties. In the event of termination of my employment with the Company, I hereby consent to notification by the Company to my new employer or other party for whom I work about my rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification to Other Parties. In the event that Employee leaves the employ of the Company, Employee hereby consents to notification by the Company to his new employer about Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.

Consultant hereby grants consent to notification by the Company to any other parties besides the Company with whom Consultant maintains a consulting relationship, including parties with whom such relationship commences after the Effective Date of this Agreement, about Consultant’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.

In the event that I leave the employ of the Company, I hereby consent to notification by the Company to my new employer about my rights and obligations under this Agreement. Notification to Other Parties. In the event that Executive leaves the employ of the Company, Executive hereby consents to notification by the Company to his new employer about Executive’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification to Other Parties. After the Separation Date, Employee hereby consents to notification by the Company to Employee’s new employer(s) about Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification to Other Parties. In the event of Executive's termination of employment with the Company for any reason, Executive consents to the Company communicating with any new employer about the restrictions and obligations imposed on Executive under this Agreement.
Notification to Other Parties. So long as the non-competition and non-solicitation provisions of this Agreement remain in effect, I agree to provide a copy of this Agreement, and consent to the Company’s providing a copy of this Agreement, to any subsequent employer or potential employer of me, or other interested party.
Notification to Other Parties. If the Employee leaves the service of the Company, the Employee hereby consents to notification by the Company to the Employee’s new employer and to any persons with whom the Employee maintains a consulting relationship about the Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement. Nothing in this Section 5 shall be construed as the Company’s assent to, consent to, or knowledge of, any such service or consulting relationship.
