Common use of Notification to Other Parties Clause in Contracts

Notification to Other Parties. In the event that Employee leaves the employ of the Company, Employee hereby consents to notification by the Company to his new employer about Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.

Notification to Other Parties. In the event that Employee leaves the employ of the Company, Employee he hereby consents to notification by the Company to his Employee's new employer or parties with whom Employee has a consulting relationship about Employee’s 's rights and obligations under Sections 7, 8, and 9 of this Agreement.
