Notice of Interruption definition

Notice of Interruption means the notice given by KUB to a Customer that a Period of Interruption has commenced or will commence.
Notice of Interruption means the notice given by Greater Dickson Gas Authority to a Customer that a Period of Interruption has commenced or will commence.
Notice of Interruption means the notice given by Gibson County Utility District to a Customer that a Period of Interruption has commenced or will commence.

Examples of Notice of Interruption in a sentence

  • A Period of Interruption shall continue in effect until KUB notifies Customer that the Period of Interruption has terminated or until the time specified in the Notice of Interruption expires.

  • Notices To the extent possible, KUB shall give Customer at least a one hour Notice of Interruption before a Period of Interruption begins.

  • A Notice of Interruption may be provided by KUB by any means including written, verbal or electronic, and shall be sufficient if given by KUB to the person or persons designated from time to time by the Customer as authorized to receive such notices.

  • A Notice of Interruption may be written or oral and shall be sufficient if given by KUB via telephone or in person to the person or persons designated from time to time by the Customer as authorized to receive such notices, or by facsimile transmission to the telephone number designated from time to time by the Customer, or if mailed or hand-delivered in writing to the Customer’s premises.

  • Notices To the extent possible, KUB shall give Customer at least a one-hour Notice of Interruption before a Period of Interruption begins.

  • Participation Option A: 15-Minute Participation Option requires a Customer or Aggregated Group to reduce its demand imposed on the electric system to its Firm Service Level within 15 minutes of a Notice of Interruption from SCE, as defined in Special Condition 4 of this Schedule.

  • Notwithstanding the above, with the exception of Notice of Interruption, Force Majeure, or Service Curtailment as per Section 12.14 hereof, any Notice received after 5:00 p.m. or on a weekend or a statutory holiday is deemed to be received on the next Business Day.

Related to Notice of Interruption

  • Force Majeure Report means a report to be given by the Affected Party to the other party following the giving of a Force Majeure Notice;

  • Force Majeure means an event beyond the control of the supplier and not involving the supplier’s fault or negligence and not foreseeable. Such events may include, but is not restricted to, acts of the purchaser in its sovereign capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions and freight embargoes.
