Examples of Nonqualified Share Options in a sentence
Each Award Agreement evidencing an Award of Options shall specify whether such Options are intended to be Non-qualified Share Options or Incentive Share Options, and in the absence of such specification such options shall be deemed Non-qualified Share Options.
All Options shall be separately designated Incentive Share Options or Non-qualified Share Options at the time of grant, and, if certificates are issued, a separate certificate or certificates will be issued for Ordinary Shares purchased on exercise of each type of Option.

To the extent that the aggregate Fair Market Value (determined at the time of grant) of an Ordinary Share with respect to which Incentive Share Options are exercisable for the first time by any Optionholder during any calendar year (under all plans of the Company and its Affiliates) exceeds U.S. $100,000, the Options or portions thereof which exceed such limit (according to the order in which they were granted in accordance with Section 422(d) of the Code) shall be treated as Non-qualified Share Options.
To the extent that the aggregate Fair Market Value of Shares with respect to which Options designated as Incentive Share Options are exercisable for the first time by any Optionee during any calendar year exceeds $100,000 or, if different, the maximum limitation in effect at the time of grant under section 422(d) of the Code, such Options in excess of such limit shall be treated as Nonqualified Share Options.
The Plan provides for the granting of Options (Incentive Share Options, Nonqualified Share Options, Unapproved Options and Approved Options), Restricted Shares and Restricted Share Units to eligible employees.
