Noncompliance Status definition

Noncompliance Status means the Department has received and substantiated a complaint or a Department representative has observed a violation of an adoption agency’s license that does not endanger the health, safety, or well-being of a client.

Examples of Noncompliance Status in a sentence

  • A School placed in Governance Noncompliance Status may be referred to the Charter Schools Advisory Board for appropriate inquiry and action as determined by the State Board of Education.

  • In the event a Noncompliance Status shall arise, then, so long as the Noncompliance Status continues to exist, those stockholders causing or contributing to the Noncompliance Status shall have no voting, dividend, or other rights with respect to the shares of the corporation that they may hold, except the right to transfer such shares in such a manner that the Noncompliance Status will cease to exist.

  • As used in these Bylaws, a "Noncompliance Status" means the existence of circumstances in which, but for the following provisions of this Section 5, Aliens would own or hold voting rights or interests in the corporation in excess of the thresholds set forth in this paragraph.

  • Environmental Activities means the use, generation, transportation, handling, discharge, production, treatment, storage, release or disposal of any Hazardous Materials at any time to or from any portion of the Premises or located on or present on or under any portion of the Premises.

  • major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken

  • Certificate of noncompliance means a document known as a certificate of noncompliance which is provided by the centralized collection unit of the department of revenue certifying that the named applicant or licensee has an outstanding liability placed with the unit and has not entered into an approved payment plan to pay the liability.
