Examples of Event of Noncompliance in a sentence
Any increase of the dividend rate resulting from the operation of this subparagraph shall terminate as of the close of business on the date on which no Event of Noncompliance exists, subject to subsequent increases pursuant to this paragraph.
Such special right shall continue until such time as there is no longer any Event of Noncompliance in existence, at which time such special right shall terminate subject to revesting upon the occurrence and continuation of any Event of Noncompliance which gives rise to such special right hereunder.
The foregoing shall constitute Events of Noncompliance whatever the reason or cause for any such Event of Noncompliance and whether it is voluntary or involuntary or is effected by operation of law or pursuant to any judgment, decree or order of any court or any order, rule or regulation of any administrative or governmental body and regardless of the effects of any subordination provisions.
