Nonagricultural land use definition

Nonagricultural land use means commercial use of land for the manufacturing and wholesale or retail sale of goods and services, residential or institutional use of land intended primarily to shelter people, highway use of land including lanes, alleys, streets, highways and other land used not included under agricultural land use.
Nonagricultural land use means use of land for industrial, commercial, manufacturing, wholesale or retail sale of goods or services, residential, institutional, and recreational uses of land. These uses shall also include utility and public works projects including lanes, sewers, conduit, alleys, and streets, and other land uses not included under agricultural land use.
