No Other Debt. Borrower has not borrowed or received debt financing (other than permitted pursuant to this Agreement) that has not been heretofore repaid in full.
No Other Debt. Mezzanine Borrower has not borrowed or received debt financing that has not been heretofore repaid in full, other than the Permitted Debt of Mezzanine Borrower.
No Other Debt. Between the date hereof and the Closing, without the prior written consent of the Underwriter, the District will not have issued any bonds, notes or other obligations for borrowed money except for such borrowings as may be described in or contemplated by the Official Statement.

Lender shall have the right, but not the obligation, to declare a default under the Loan if there are any material uncured monetary or non-monetary defaults on any and all trade debt obligations (including without limitation any other loans by Lender) of Borrower, which in Lender’s reasonable judgment will materially impair the ability of Borrower to perform under the terms of this Agreement, the Note or the Security Documents.
No Other Debt. Neither Mezzanine Borrower nor General Partner has borrowed or received debt financing that has not been heretofore repaid in full, other than the Permitted Debt.
No Other Debt. Without Agent's written consent, no Borrower shall incur any other indebtedness, whether secured or unsecured, other than the Loan, trade debt and other expenditures contemplated under this Agreement (including payment of taxes, insurance, tenant improvements and capital expenditures) reasonably incurred in the ordinary course of operating such Borrower's Property (all of which are debts which are expressly permitted under the Loan Documents); provided that the foregoing shall not be deemed to prohibit up to $1,000,000 in the aggregate at each Property owing under equipment leases for equipment to be used by Borrowers in connection with the Properties; and provided further, however, that in no case may such leased equipment be incorporated into any Improvements as part of the structure thereof or otherwise installed as part of any Improvements in such a way that the removal thereof would result in material damage to such Improvements.

No Other Debt. Lessee shall not, directly or indirectly, incur or otherwise become liable for any Debt or obligation to pay money to any Person other than to (i) Lessor pursuant to this Lease and (ii) lessors of leased equipment used in the operation of the Facilities.
