No Other Duties. The only duties and obligations of the parties under this Agreement are as specifically set forth in this Agreement, and no other duties or obligations shall be implied in fact, Law or equity, or under any principle of fiduciary obligation.
No Other Duties. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Persons acting as Arrangers or as Syndication Agent listed on the cover page hereto shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or as a Lender hereunder.
No Other Duties. Executive acknowledges and agrees that there is no other contract or duty on the part of Executive now in existence to assign Protected Works to anyone other than Employer.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Arrangers or Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender, a Swing Line Bank or an Issuing Bank hereunder.
No Other Duties. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, no arrangers or any other titles listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Lender hereunder.
No Other Duties. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the “Syndication Agent,” “Co-Documentation Agents,” “Co-Lead Arrangers” and “Co-Book Managers” listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.
No Other Duties. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, Joint Book Managers, Syndication Agents or Co-Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, except in their respective capacities, as applicable, as Administrative Agent, Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder.
No Other Duties. None of the Lenders, if any, identified in this Agreement as a Mandated Lead Arranger shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to the relevant Lenders in their respective capacities as Mandated Lead Arranger as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in the preceding paragraph.
No Other Duties. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, Documentation Agent, Syndication Agents, Lead Arrangers, or Arrangers shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, an L/C Lender, the Auction Manager or a Lender hereunder.
No Other Duties. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, none of the Agents or Lead Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under any Loan Document, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, a Lender or an Issuing Bank hereunder.
