Newmark Business definition

Newmark Business is defined in the recitals.
Newmark Business has the meaning ascribed to the termTransferred Business” in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
Newmark Business means the business, operations, assets and liabilities of Newmark and its Affiliates, taken as a whole.
