NERR Jurisdictions definition

NERR Jurisdictions means those Jurisdictions in which Sites are located and the National Energy Retail Rules apply, which are currently Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Australian Capital Territory.

Off Peak Target Consumption means the quantity of electricity which we anticipate selling you during the Off Peak Time at all Schedule 1 Sites for each Jurisdiction in an Agreement Year as specified in Schedule 1. Off Peak Maximum Consumption means the maximum amount of electricity we will sell you during the Off Peak Time under this Agreement at all Schedule 1 Sites in a Jurisdiction before we can charge you the Off Peak Adjustment Charge, being an amount (in MWh) equal to the applicable Off Peak Maximum Volume Flexibility Quantity Percentage (as specified in the relevant Schedule at the date of execution of this Agreement) of your Off Peak Target Consumption. Off Peak Time has the meaning given in Schedule 1.
NERR Jurisdictions means those Jurisdictions in which Sites are located and the National Energy Retail Rules apply, which are currently Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Australian Capital Territory. New Customer means a party that you propose to novate this Agreement to. New Site means a new site that you propose to relocate a Site to.

  • Other jurisdiction means one of the other forty-nine states,

  • Partner Jurisdiction means a jurisdiction that has in effect an agreement with the United States to facilitate the implementation of FATCA. The IRS shall publish a list identifying all Partner Jurisdictions.

  • Partner Jurisdiction Financial Institution means (i) any Financial Institution established in a Partner Jurisdiction, but excluding any branch of such Financial Institution that is located outside the Partner Jurisdiction, and (ii) any branch of a Financial Institution not established in the Partner Jurisdiction, if such branch is located in the Partner Jurisdiction.

  • Uniform Commercial Code jurisdiction means any jurisdiction that has adopted all or substantially all of Article 9 as contained in the 2000 Official Text of the Uniform Commercial Code, as recommended by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute, together with any subsequent amendments or modifications to the Official Text.

  • Applicable Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction or jurisdictions under which the Borrower is organized, domiciled or resident or from which any of its business activities are conducted or in which any of its properties are located and which has jurisdiction over the subject matter being addressed.

  • Participating Jurisdiction means a jurisdiction with which an agreement is in place pursuant to which it will provide the information required on the automatic exchange of financial account information set out in the Common Reporting Standard.

  • Covered Jurisdiction means the United States (or any state or commonwealth thereof or the District of Columbia).

  • Relevant Jurisdiction means, with respect to a party, the jurisdictions (a) in which the party is incorporated, organised, managed and controlled or considered to have its seat, (b) where an Office through which the party is acting for purposes of this Agreement is located, (c) in which the party executes this Agreement and (d) in relation to any payment, from or through which such payment is made.

  • Court of competent jurisdiction means a federal court, or a state court that entered an order in a child custody proceeding involving an Indian child, as long as the state court had proper subject matter jurisdiction in accordance with this chapter and the laws of that state, or a tribal court that had or has exclusive or concurrent jurisdiction pursuant to 25 U.S.C. Sec. 1911.

  • Bribery Legislation means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under it from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the government concerning the legislation;

  • Courts means the Ontario Court and Quebec Court.
