Named Application means any application, program, or software product that is developed by Customer and set forth on a Purchase Order.

Examples of Named Application in a sentence

  • End Customers will not: (a) use the Licensed Software other than on Servers and as part of the Named Application; (b) change any proprietary rights notices which appear in the Licensed Software or Documentation; (c) modify the Licensed Software, or (d) use the Licensed Software as part of a commercial time-sharing or service bureau operation or in any other resale capacity.

  • Customer grants to End Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use the Licensed Software only as part of the Named Application and in accordance with the terms of this XXXX.

  • The Customer shall be permitted to disclose the Documentation to its End Clients and Distributors where the same has been incorporated into Customer’s own documentation for a Named Application.

  • Actian grants to You a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable and revocable right to use the Software solely to develop Your Named Application for use with Actian Zen.

  • Such use shall not exceed the limitations set forth in the Order with regard to the Named Application, the territory and the Licensee’s Systems.

  • In addition, upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Your Customers who are properly licensed to Your Named Application prior to termination and not in breach of Your Customer Agreement with each of them may continue to use the Products under the terms of Your Customer Agreement applicable to them.

  • Any general-purpose use of the Software (even within Your Named Application) is excluded.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable License to install and use the Software during the applicable License Term for Licensee’s own business purposes for the Named Application designated in the Order (and no other application), in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Order.

  • Electrical wiring, conduit, ducts, and traveling cables from the elevator equipment to the machine room mainline disconnect switch, and hoistway outlets.

  • This Agreement is effective from the date You registered the name of Your Named Application with Actian.

Related to Named Application

  • Completed application means an application in the form and number and containing all the information required pursuant to 34 Administrative Code 9.1053 (Entity Requesting Agreement to Limit Appraised Value), that has been determined by the district and the comptroller to include all minimum requirements for consideration.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
