MVW Owners definition

MVW Owners means persons who are “Members” under the MVW License Agreement, but excluding Members who have such status solely because they are an owner of a Residential Unit (as that term is defined in the MVW License Agreement).
MVW Owners means persons who are “Members” under the Marriott License Agreement or “Owners” under the Starwood License Agreement, but shall exclude Members who have such status solely because they are an owner of a Residential Unit (as that term is defined in the Marriott License Agreement). The parties acknowledge and agree that all references to “MVW Owners” in the Services Manual shall have the same meaning as set forth in this Agreement. Additionally, for purposes of this Section, “Elite Status” means the availability of certain benefits for Bonvoy Members in accordance with their classification into “Silver Elite”, “Gold Elite”, “Platinum Elite” or “Titanium Elite” tiers (in each case as such term is used in marketing materials available to Bonvoy Members).

  • Co-owners means (a) all the allottees of Units in the Building Complex excepting those who (i) have either not been delivered possession of any Unit or (ii) have not got the conveyance deed in respect of any Unit to be executed and registered in their favour; and (b) for all Units which are not alienated by execution of deed of conveyance or whose possession are not parted with by the Vendor or the Promoter, shall mean the Promoter or the Vendor, as the case may be.

  • Unit Owners shall according to the context, mean all purchasers and/or intending purchasers of different Flats / apartments / Units in the Buildings and shall also include the Builder in respect of such Flats / apartments / Units which are retained and/or not alienated and/or not agreed to be alienated for the time being by the Vendors and/or the Builder.

  • The Owners means the party identified in Box 3;

  • New Owner means, collectively, the HDFC and the Company.

  • Owners means the party identified in Box 2.

  • Property Owners association" or "association" means an incorporated or unincorporated entity upon which responsibilities are imposed and to which authority is granted in the declaration.

  • JOINT OWNER A Contract may be owned by Joint Owners. If Joint Owners are named, any Joint Owner must be the spouse of the other Contract Owner. Upon the death of either Contract Owner, the surviving spouse will be the primary Beneficiary. Any other Beneficiary designation will be treated as a contingent Beneficiary unless otherwise indicated in an Authorized Request.

  • Contract Owner means the holder of interests in a variable annuity or variable life insurance contract issued by the Company.

  • Co-owner means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest and a Co-Owner of a Series means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest of the Series.

  • Supervised Persons for purposes of this Code means:

  • Participating Entities and “Participating Entity” are defined on the Coversheet.

  • Operators means the Access Provider and the Access Seeker collectively.

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.

  • The Owner/Company/BPCL means the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, incorporated in India having its registered office at 4 & 6, Currimbhoy Road, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 038 or their successors or assigns

  • Stakeholders means the company’s employees, the employees of its subsidiaries, and other individuals, groups, communities or entities whose rights or interests are or could be affected by the products, services and operations of that company, its subsidiaries and its business relationships;

  • Association of unit owners means all of the unit owners:

  • Construction-manager-at-risk means a project delivery method in which:

  • Owners Association means any association or organization created pursuant to the Owners’ Association Documents.

  • IRA Owner – Means the individual whose name appears on the Adoption Agreement, who is establishing the IRA.

  • Operating Entities means, from time to time, the Persons in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests and that (i) directly hold real estate assets, or (ii) indirectly hold real estate assets but all of the interests of which are not held, directly or indirectly, by the Holding Entities, other than, in the case of each of (i) and (ii), any Person in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests for investment purposes only of less than 5% of the outstanding equity securities of that Person;

  • Guests means the Tenant’s licensees, invitees and all others in, on or about the Leased Premises, the Building, the Common Facilities or the Property, either at the Tenant’s express or implied request or invitation or for the purpose of soliciting or visiting the Tenant.

  • Joint Ownership - (also known as equity JVs) means the establishment by two parent companies of a child company for a specific task within which both parent companies invest in order to overcome the limited capabilities vested within them in order that they can both benefit from the combined investment.

  • economic operators means the manufacturer, the authorised representative, the importer and the distributor;

  • Contractholder means any entity that is a party to a Contract with a Participating Company (as defined below).
