Mutual Dealer Clients definition

Mutual Dealer Clients means any Provider Dealer Client that is also a Xtime Dealer Client and subscribes to participate in the API Program in accordance with this Agreement.
Mutual Dealer Clients means any Provider Dealer Client that is also a Dealertrack Dealer Client and subscribes to participate in the Opentrack Program in accordance with this Agreement.
Mutual Dealer Clients means any VinSolutions Dealer Client that subscribes or otherwise contracts with Provider for the Provider Solution.

  • Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Provider Integration will be developed and operated in such a way that does not allow Provider to query the Xtime Service for any data not intended to be transmitted through the API Program or any other data not authorized for the Provider to access by the Mutual Dealer Clients.

  • Provider acknowledges that the Provider Integration for each Integration Module will only be provided for those Mutual Dealer Clients that provide explicit permission for Provider to access their Xtime Service.

  • Xtime makes no guarantees or representations regarding the participation of dealers in the API Program, or that Mutual Dealer Clients will provide such explicit permission.

  • Dealertrack makes no guarantees or representations regarding the participation of dealers in the Opentrack Program, or that Mutual Dealer Clients will provide such explicit permission.

  • Provider will be responsible for the billing and collection from Mutual Dealer Clients for amounts owing in connection with the Provider System (including with respect to the Provider Integration).

  • Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Provider Integration will be developed and operated in such a way that does not allow Provider to query the Dealertrack System for any data not intended to be transmitted through the Opentrack Program or any other data not authorized for the Provider to access by the Mutual Dealer Clients.

  • Dealertrack will be responsible for the billing and collection from Mutual Dealer Clients for amounts owing in connection with the Dealertrack System (including with respect to the Dealertrack Interface).

  • Provider acknowledges that the Provider Integration for each Integration Module will only be provided for those Mutual Dealer Clients that provide explicit permission for Provider to access their Dealertrack System.

Related to Mutual Dealer Clients

  • Wholesale dealer means any dealer who deals in, or who holds a licence under any law to deal in, as the case may be, wholesale quantities of goods, and the business and stock of a wholesale dealer shall be deemed to include the business and stocks of any retail dealer who conducts business on the same premises on which the wholesale dealer conducts his or her business; and

  • Grain dealer means a person engaged in the business of receiving, buying, exchanging, selling, or storing farm produce in this state. The term includes a farm produce trucker, grain merchandiser, or processor. The term does not include a person solely engaged in 1 of the following:

  • Professional Client means a “Professional Client” for the purposes of CySEC Rules, as specified in the Client Categorization Policy found on the Company’s Website.

  • Dealer-operator means the individual who works at the established place of business of a dealer

  • Vehicle dealer means a person engaged in the business of buying, selling, or exchanging a vehicle as defined in Subsection (138).

  • Renminbi Dealer means an independent foreign exchange dealer of international repute active in the Renminbi exchange market in Hong Kong reasonably selected by the Issuer.

  • Dealer Agreement means any agreement between a Dealer and AmeriCredit or an Originating Affiliate relating to the acquisition of Receivables from a Dealer by AmeriCredit or an Originating Affiliate.

  • Broker-Dealer Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is registered as a broker-dealer under the Exchange Act or any other applicable law requiring similar registration.

  • Qualified medical provider means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Employment services organization means an organization that provides community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities that is an approved Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited vendor of the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.

  • Expert Advisor means a mechanical online trading system designed to automate trading activities on an electronic trading platform such as the Company’s Trading Platform. It can be programmed to alert the Client of a trading opportunity and can also trade his Trading Account automatically managing all aspects of trading operations from sending orders directly to the Trading Platform to automatically adjusting stop loss, Trailing Stops and take profit levels.

  • Eligible Dealer means any corporation or other entity having as a principal business acting as a broker or dealer in securities.

  • Approved Dealer means (a) in the case of any Portfolio Investment that is not a U.S. Government Security, a bank or a broker-dealer registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 of nationally recognized standing or an Affiliate thereof, (b) in the case of a U.S. Government Security, any primary dealer in U.S. Government Securities, and (c) in the case of any foreign Portfolio Investment, any foreign broker-dealer of internationally recognized standing or an Affiliate thereof, in the case of each of clauses (a), (b) and (c) above, as set forth on Schedule 1.01(a) or any other bank or broker-dealer acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its reasonable determination.
