Reference Dealers definition

Reference Dealers means leading dealers, banks or banking corporations, which deal in the TRY/USD exchange market, selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion, acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner;

  • The Company shall use its best efforts to cause the Reference Dealers to take all actions contemplated below in as timely a manner as possible.

  • If two Treasury Notes with an original maturity as described in the second preceding sentence have remaining terms to maturity equally close to the Designated CMT Maturity Index, the Calculation Agent, after consultation with the Company, shall obtain from five Reference Dealers quotations for the Treasury Note with the shorter remaining term to maturity.
