Broker-Dealer Subsidiary definition

Broker-Dealer Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is registered as a broker-dealer under the Exchange Act or any other applicable law requiring similar registration.
Broker-Dealer Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is registered as a broker dealer pursuant to Section 15 of the Exchange Act (as in effect from time to time) or that is regulated as a broker dealer or underwriter under any foreign securities law.
Broker-Dealer Subsidiary means any Restricted Subsidiary that is registered as (a) a broker or a dealer pursuant to Section 15 of the Exchange Act or (b) a broker or a dealer or an underwriter under any foreign securities law.
