Examples of Broker-Dealer Subsidiary in a sentence
Each Broker-Dealer Subsidiary that extends purpose credit to customers (as those terms are defined in Regulation T of the Board of Governors) maintains procedures and internal controls reasonably designed to ensure that such Broker-Dealer Subsidiary does not extend or maintain purpose credit to or for its customers other than in accordance with the provisions of Regulation T of the Board of Governors.
