Broker-Dealer Agreement definition

Broker-Dealer Agreement means this Agreement and any substantially similar agreement between the Auction Agent and a Broker-Dealer.
Broker-Dealer Agreement means an agreement between the Auction Agent and a Broker-Dealer pursuant to which such Broker-Dealer agrees to follow the procedures specified in Section 11.10 of these Bylaws.
Broker-Dealer Agreement means each agreement between the Auction Agent and a broker-dealer substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
