MSRC Response Personnel means personnel of MSRC and MSRC Integral Subcontractors available from time to time under this Agreement, including the positions generally described in MSRC’s OSRO Certification RRI.

  • If at any time Responder Immunity is not available for a Spill Event, MSRC may withdraw, or decline to provide, MSRC Response Personnel or any Resources requiring such MSRC Response Personnel, unless other arrangements acceptable to MSRC in its sole discretion are made to offset any additional legal and financial risk that may result.

  • MSRC's Oil Spill Removal Organization (“OSRO”) Classification RRI lists MSRC Response Personnel and MSRC Response Equipment that are available as Resources.

  • The Covered Entity will use its best efforts to operate, maintain, and store any MSRC Response Equipment provided without associated MSRC Response Personnel in a careful and proper manner under the circumstances and in accordance with applicable law.

  • Economic Load Response Participant means a Member or Special Member that qualifies under Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.5A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.5A, to participate in the PJM Interchange Energy Market and/or Ancillary Services markets through reductions in demand. Economic Maximum:

  • Emergency Response Plan means the plan constituting the set of procedures developed by the Owner for dealing with an Incident which may impact on the Network or Connecting Infrastructure, including all actions to be taken to minimise or alleviate any threat or danger to any person or property:

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Customer Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer set out in Call Off Schedule 4 (Implementation Plan) and any other responsibilities of the Customer in the Call Off Order Form or agreed in writing between the Parties from time to time in connection with this Call Off Contract;

  • Prospective state contractor means a person, business entity or nonprofit organization that (i) submits a response to a state contract solicitation by the state, a state agency or a quasi-public agency, or a proposal in response to a request for proposals by the state, a state agency or a quasi-public agency, until the contract has been entered into, or (ii) holds a valid prequalification certificate issued by the Commissioner of Administrative Services under section 4a-100. "Prospective state contractor" does not include a municipality or any other political subdivision of the state, including any entities or associations duly created by the municipality or political subdivision exclusively amongst themselves to further any purpose authorized by statute or charter, or an employee in the executive or legislative branch of state government or a quasi-public agency, whether in the classified or unclassified service and full or part-time, and only in such person's capacity as a state or quasi-public agency employee.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means

Disciplinary Action includes termination of this Agreement and suspension, expulsion and exclusion of the Student as those terms are defined in the Act. Fee means fees payable by the Parents to the School as per the Fee Schedule. Fee Schedule means the schedule of fees for Tuition, Accommodation and miscellaneous charges, which is available from the School on request and may be updated from time to time. Homestay has the meaning as set out in the Code.

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports.   • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;
