MSPP Account definition
MSPP Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Administrator for each Eligible Individual who is designated as a participant in the annual incentive portion of the CICP to which the amount of Compensation subject to the Mandatory MSPP Allocation and an MSPP Election are credited in the form of RSUs pursuant to the Management Stock Purchase Program (and income thereon) is credited and from which distributions to the Participant or to his or her Beneficiary are debited.
MSPP Account means the account maintained for a Participant in which is recorded all information related to purchases of MSPP Units and the issuance of CDI Stock under the Plan.
