Morgan Stanley Facility definition

Morgan Stanley Facility means that certain US$[DELETION] [Amount deleted for confidentiality reasons] mortgage loan provided pursuant to a loan agreement dated October 24, 2017 among TAH MS Borrower LLC, as borrower, the lenders party thereto from time to time, Morgan Stanley Asset Funding Inc., as administrative agent, and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as paying agent, calculation agent and securities intermediary.
