In addition, after the related Securitization Date, the Note A-3 Holder, the Note A-4 Holder and the Note A-5 Holder shall send a copy of the related PSA to the Depositor, the Servicer and the Special Servicer under the BMO 2026-5C14 PSA (as of the Securitization Date of such Note).
