For greater certainty and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Swingline Lender shall not be obligated to permit at any time the creation or the increase of an overdraft in the CDollar Current Account or USDollar Current Account at either BMO or CIBC (a “Swingline Advance”), to the extent that at such time the Swingline Loan would exceed the applicable Swingline Limit.
