If the Buyer fails to make any payment on the due date for payment then, without limiting any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Buyer shall pay to the Company interest (both before and after any judgment) on the amount unpaid at the rate of 1.5% above the bank base rate of Barclays Bank Plc per month or any part thereof until payment in full is made.
