Monthly Report Package definition

Monthly Report Package means that certain report of the Servicer in the form of Exhibit B-2 containing (i) the information required to pay the amounts required to be paid pursuant to Section 5.14(b) including listing Tenant Leases that have been added to and deleted from the Wireless Assets since the last such report and the amount of the Relevant Acquisition Equity Investment allocable to each such added Wireless Asset, (ii) a servicing report identifying accounts receivables, aging and cash receipts, along with an allocation of such receipts to the applicable Tenant Leases and (iii) a schedule of (1) Defaulted Leases (if any) and changes thereto since the last such report, (2) Wireless Assets that the Borrower reasonably expects to acquire in the two (2) calendar months next succeeding the period covered by such report and (3) any amendments, modifications, supplements or restatements of any Easements or Tenant Leases entered into and not previously provided to the Administrative Agent.

Examples of Monthly Report Package in a sentence

  • The Monthly Report Package shall contain the Monthly Deliverable Report as a coversheet and Assignment Deliverable Reports for those entities which were assigned and/or completed for Objectives 1-5 within the preceding calendar month, unless an exception is specifically allowed on an assignment-by- assignment basis by TCEQ.

  • Monthly Report Package: The Contractor submits the Monthly Deliverable Report and copies of the Assignment Deliverables completed during the previous month six (6) weeks after the beginning of each month, or by written authorization from the TCEQ Project Manager.

Related to Monthly Report Package

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Monthly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit X hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.

  • Monthly Reporting Period The period, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement, during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of:

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Christopher Scullion, Church and Trought Inc. and dated December 1, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any period (a) during which any Default or any Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, or (b) that constitutes a Minimum Availability Period; provided that if the circumstances described in clause (a) or (b), as applicable, shall occur and cease to exist twice during any calendar year, then any subsequent Weekly Reporting Period occurring during such calendar year shall continue through the end of such calendar year.

  • Monthly Statement The statement delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.06.

  • Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.

  • Progress Assessment Report (PAR means the monthly compliance report to Owner verifying compliance with the HUB subcontracting plan (HSP).

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • CMSA REO Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Monthly Progress Report means the report similar in form and content attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
