Money Collateral definition

Money Collateral means all money received in respect of Rents.
Money Collateral means all money received in respect of Rents, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds or the Proceeds of the sale of the Property.
Money Collateral means all money received in respect of Rents. “Personal Property” means Accounts, Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claims, Deposit Accounts, Documents, Equipment, Goods, Instruments, General Intangibles, Investment Property, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Letters of Credit, and Money Collateral. “Proceeds” shall have the meaning assigned in the UCC. “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in North Carolina.
