  • The wireless nature of the Mobile Terminals means that their use is subject to the availability of wireless connectivity.

  • In return for us supplying you with a Terminal for hire (except Mobile Terminals with a fixed hire period of three (3) months or less), you will punctually pay the monthly Terminal rental and any additional service charges of which you are notified from time to time, in arrears in accordance with the provisions of clause 8 of the Agreement.

  • Except as set out in paragraph 10 below in relation to Mobile Terminals, the monthly rental payments are payable monthly in arrears by direct debit on the 18th of each month (or the next business day) from a bank account acceptable to us.

Related to Mobile Terminals
