Mist Dashboard definition

Mist Dashboard means the Mist cloud-based management console provided by Mist to Customer, pursuant to one (1) or more Purchase Orders. Mist Dashboard includes the WiFi Assurance Product.
Mist Dashboard means the Mist web-based management console and associated services provided by Mist to an End User to manage the End User’s Mist APs, as further described in the Documentation.
Mist Dashboard means, generally, the Mist cloud-based WLAN management console and associated and/or optional services provided by Mist to Business Entities as further described in the Documentation.

Examples of Mist Dashboard in a sentence

  • Customer is responsible for all access to the Mist Dashboard by its employees, consultants and contractors.

  • Mist will email to Customer’s designated contact the Mist Dashboard activation codes.

  • Assessment of social, behavioral, or other spillovers of a PrEP intervention into other health sectors, or toward habit formation, would also require consideration of economic costs.• For a budget and for planning that is short-term, financial costs should suffice.

  • Otherwise, any resale, transfer or assignment of the Mist APs will void the access rights to the Mist Dashboard.

  • The Service Term will begin upon the last to occur of either a) the invoice date, or b) shipment of Mist APs and delivery by email of the activation codes to the Mist Dashboard (which in most cases will be simultaneous).

  • Payment shall not be withheld for Customer’s delay in installation of the Mist APs. In the event any invoices remain outstanding (and undisputed) for a period of thirty (30) days or more, Mist shall have the right upon ten days advance written notice to suspend access to the Mist Dashboard, delay shipment of any additional Mist APs and/or terminate this Agreement.

  • Following delivery of the Mist APs, Customer will be required to activate its subscription to the Mist Dashboard.

  • Customer will pay the price for the Mist APs and subscription fees for the Mist Dashboard Services (and Mist Dashboard Additional Services, if applicable) as set forth in the quotation issued by Mist (or Mist authorized reseller) (together, the “Fees”).

  • Each Mist AP requires an activation code in order to manage the Mist AP from the Mist Dashboard.

  • Dashboard for applicable Services, means the user interface features of the hosted Software (as described in the Agreement);

Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • HCD means the California Department of Housing and Community Development.

  • Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.

  • Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.

  • Penetration Testing means security testing in which assessors mimic real-world attacks to identify methods for circumventing the security features of an application, system, or network. (NIST SP 800-115)

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Adult motion picture theater means a commercial establishment where, for any form of consideration, films, motion pictures, video cassettes, slides, or similar photographic reproductions are regularly shown which are characterized by the depiction or description of "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas."

  • Fabric refresher means a product labeled to neutralize or eliminate odors on nonlaundered fabric including, but not limited to, soft household surfaces, rugs, carpeting, draperies, bedding, automotive interiors, footwear, athletic equipment, clothing and/or on household furniture or objects upholstered or covered with fabrics such as, but not limited to, wool, cotton, or nylon. “Fabric Refresher” does not include “Anti-static Product,” “Carpet/Upholstery Cleaner,” “Footwear or Leather Care Product,” “Spot Remover,” or “Disinfectant,” or products labeled for application to both fabric and human skin.

  • NTSC means NSIC-Technical Services Centre

  • Explosives or munitions emergency response specialist means an individual trained in chemical or conventional munitions or explosives handling, transportation, render-safe procedures, or destruction techniques. Explosives or munitions emergency response specialists include Department of Defense (DOD) emergency explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), technical escort unit (TEU), and DOD-certified civilian or contractor personnel; and other Federal, State, or local government, or civilian personnel similarly trained in explosives or munitions emergency responses.

  • District and high school graduation report means a report of the number of pupils, excluding adult education participants, in the district for the immediately preceding school year, adjusted for those pupils who have transferred into or out of the district or high school, who leave high school with a diploma or other credential of equal status.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Yard trimmings means grass clippings, leaves, wood chips from tree parts, and brush.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • SFDR means Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector;

  • Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.

  • Grievance System means the overall system that includes:

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.
