Dashboard definition

Dashboard for applicable Services, means the user interface features of the hosted Software (as described in the Agreement);
Dashboard means an area of the Portal that the Customer may access to view the overall status of the Service.

  • Dashboard Technology Limited shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of the Customer Data caused by any third party (except those third parties sub-contracted by Dashboard Technology Limited to perform services related to the Customer Data maintenance and back-up).
