Milestone Cap definition

Milestone Cap means $16,000,000.
Milestone Cap means a cap on fees calculated as follows: (amount of the next milestone payment otherwise due to Vendor divided by the Milestone Period) multiplied by the number of calendar or business days, as applicable, that Vendor actually performed Services during such Milestone Period.
Milestone Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 1.07(i).
