Merck Specifications means those particular Specifications established pursuant to the Collaboration that are established by the Committee and are designed to uniquely distinguish a feature of the Genetronics Applicator and/or the Genetronics Custom Components from features similar in design or function developed or used by Genetronics in products for other Genetronics customers.
