Member Institutions definition

Member Institutions means Libraries, Archives, Museums, other Heritage or Research institutions, or other organizations working on the collection and preservation of or access to Internet content, whose application to join the Consortium has been accepted by the Steering Committee; who have signed this Agreement or the Deed of Membership; and who have paid the corresponding membership fee, as set out in Clause 2.1.
