Medical Certificate of Fitness for Duty definition

Medical Certificate of Fitness for Duty means a certificate valid for one (1) year issued by an Occupational Health Practitioner (OHP) as defined in these Requirements. A Medical Certificate of Fitness for Duty is also referred to in Chapter9, Clause 1 of the Site Specific Agreement as a “fit to work certificate”
