Site Specific Agreement definition

Site Specific Agreement means an agreement between the parties with special considerations based on a worksite’s specific location, the scope of work and any other items that would require terms and conditions different from those outlined in the Collective Agreement.

Site Specific Agreement means an agreement in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A between Provider and Customer that pertains to a specific Site and includes a description of the Site, a Site Plan, the kWh rate and other Site specific terms, which, once executed by the Parties will become part of this Agreement.

Examples of Site Specific Agreement in a sentence

  • The particulars shall be included in each Site Specific Agreement.

  • All pieces or categories of equipment which shall be deemed essential and shall be purchased directly from the Licensor shall be detailed in the Site Specific Agreement for each site.

  • The Licensee or its Related Companies or any engineering contractors shall source and provide for all components not herein referenced, or provided for in any Site Specific Agreement.

  • This Site Specific Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the Parties on separate counterparts, but shall not be effective until each Party has executed at least one counterpart.

  • The Licensee hereby agrees to indemnity and hold the Licensor harmless from all loss, expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) and damages arising out of any claims, demands and liabilities (including claims by Related Companies, sublicensees, employees and/or other third parties) incurred by its, their own or the site operator's neglect arising out of the failure to strictly abide by and adhere to the terms and instructions specified in the site SOP manual and the relevant Site Specific Agreement.

  • The Parties shall negotiate in good faith the terms of any such variation, but if a variation to the Agreement or a Site Specific Agreement has not been agreed and put into effect within one month after it has been proposed, either Party shall be entitled to escalate the matter by means of Clause 25.
