The particulars shall be included in each Site Specific Agreement.

The Licensee or its Related Companies or any engineering contractors shall source and provide for all components not herein referenced, or provided for in any Site Specific Agreement.
This Site Specific Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the Parties on separate counterparts, but shall not be effective until each Party has executed at least one counterpart.
