Measurement Group definition

Measurement Group means the Company or Business Unit to which a Participant is assigned in accordance with Article 4.1 and whose financial results will determine if the Participant will receive an Award.
Measurement Group means Vishay Measurements Group, Inc., a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of VPG.
Measurement Group means a group of bank holding companies selected by the Committee as being comparable to the Corporation (in which case the Deposit Growth Standard, the NPA Percentage Standard, the ROAA Standard, the Average Deposit Growth Standard, the Average NPA Percentage Standard and the Average ROAA Standard shall be calculated based on the relevant information Reported in those companies’ Year End Reports).
